Compound 30 (44 mg, 0.077 mmol) was dissolved in EtOH (1 mL) and hydrazinecarboxylic acid ethyl ester (24 mg, 0.231 mmol) and 1 drop of AcOH were added. The reaction mixture was stirred at 120° C. for 15 hrs, after which the crude mixture was purified by LC/MS. The isomers separated and the desired isomer was taken on into the next step. Calculated mass=660. Observed mass=660.
