反応手順
1,1-Dimethylethyl N-((7-bromo-4-hydroxy-1,1-dimethyl-2-oxo-naphthalen-3-yl)carbonyl)-L-alaninate (184 mg, 436 μmol) was stirred in TFA (2 mL, 26924 μmol) at room temperature for 30 minutes. Water was added. The resulting precipitate was filtered and washed with water to give the desired product as a white solid (93 mg). MS (m/e)=382.1 (M+H)+. Calculated for C21H19NO5 381.02.
