Compound 32 was prepared using the synthetic sequence in a manner analogous to the method described for the conversion of compound 12 to compound 14 and illustrated in Scheme 1b. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO): δ 11.96 (s, 1H), 7.71 (d, J=8 Hz, 1H), 7.59 (m, 4H), 7.48 (m, 2H), 7.42 (d, J=4 Hz, 1H), 7.19 (d, J=4 Hz, 1H), 5.76 (s, 1H), 4.97 (d, J=16 Hz, 1H), 4.44 (d, J=16 Hz, 1H), 3.09 (d, J=15 Hz, 1H), 2.95 (d, J=15 Hz, 1H). MS: m/z (MH+) 386.
