Reaction Steps
0.02 mol of 2-benzopyran-1,3(4H)dione and 0.02 mol of 1-(4-aminobutyl)-4-(2-pyrimidinyl)piperazine are heated at 160°-170° C. for 1 hour under an atmosphere of N2, with stirring. The mixture is then allowed to cool and the substance is dissolved in methylene chloride. The substance is purified over a silica gel column (mobile phase: CH2Cl2 /iprOH (10:0.5)).
