Reaction Steps
1-Isopropyl-6-(3-methylpiperazinyl)-indole; from 6-Bromo-1-isopropylindole (23.8 mg, 0.1 mmol), 2-methylpiperazine (60 mg, 0.6 mmol), NaOtBu (14.1 mg, 0.15 mmol), tBu3P(1 mg) and Pd(OAc)2 (1 mg) in xylene (1 ml), heating overnight. Yield 6.7 mg (26%).
