Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from a mixture of 4-chloro-2-(4-pyridinyl)-6-(trifluoromethyl)pyrimidine (50 mg, 0.193 mmol) and 4,5-dimethoxy-2-methylaniline (48 mg, 0.290 mmol) similar to Example 117 and isolated as a brown solid. (23 mg, 30%). 1H NMR (CDCl3): 9.54 (dd, J=1.5, 4.5 Hz, 2H), 9.05 (dd, J=1.5, 4.5 Hz, 2H), 7.98 (s, 1H), 7.60 (s, 2H), 7.29 (s, 1H), 4.71 (s, 3H), 4.63 (s, 3H), 3.00 (s, 3
