Reaction Steps

The title compound was prepared from 4-chloro-2-(2-pyridinyl)-6-trifluoromethylpyrimidine (40 mg, 0.154 mmol) and 2-chloro-5-hydroxyaniline (30 mg, 0.231 mmol) similar to Example 185 and was isolated as an off white solid (15 mg, 28%). 1H NMR (DMSO-d6): 9.89 (s, 1H), 9.85 (brs, NH), 8.74(d, J=5.7, 1H), 8.22 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.97 (ddd, J=1.8, 5.7, 7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.54 (ddd, J=4.5, 6.0, 7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.35 (m, 2H), 7.19 (s, 1 H), 6.70 (dd, J=2.7, 5.7 Hz, 1H).
