A solution of Example 226 (15 mg, 0.025 mmol) in methanol (0.5 mL) and dichloromethane (2 drops) at 0° C. was treated with NaBH4 (24 mg, 0.6 mmol), stirred for 1 hour, warmed to room temperature, and stirred for 90 minutes. The mixture was treated with water and filtered. The filter cake was treated with dichloromethane (5 mL) and methanol (1 drop), stirred for 2 hours, and filtered. The filter cake was washed with diethyl ether, and dried under vacuum to provide the desired product. MS(ESI(−)) m/e 597 (M−H)−; 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ8.49 (d, 1H), 8.45 (d, 1H), 7.85 (dd, 1H), 7.71 (d, 2H), 7.40 (m, 2H), 7.30 (m, 2H), 7.20 (m, 2H), 6.95 (d, 1H), 6.90 (d, 2H), 4.34 (t, 1H), 3.75 (m, 2H), 3.60 (m, 2H), 3.39 (m, 2H), 3.25 (m, 2H), 2.65 (m, 2H), 1.71 (m, 2H), 1.45 (m, 2H), 1.25-1.11 (m, 4H).
