Reaction Steps

A solution of Example 491F (284 mg, 0.34 mmol) in 1,4-dioxane (1.5 mL) and 4M HCl (1.5 mL) at room temperature was stirred for 16 hours. The solution was purified by flash column chromatography on silica gel with 80:20:0.5 dichloromethane/methanol/concentrated ammonium hydroxide to provide the desired product. MS (ESI) m/e 745, 747 (M−H)−, (M+H)+; 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ2.11 (m, 2H), 2.62 (s, 6H), 2.67 (m, 4H), 2.77 (m, 2H), 3.00 (m, 2H), 3.06 (m, 4H), 3.16 (d, 2H), 3.33 (t, 2H), 3.75 (s, 3H), 4.09 (m, 1H), 6.88 (d, 1H), 6.95 (d, 1H), 6.98 (s, 1H), 7.15-7.22 (m, 2H), 7.24-7.33 (m, 4H), 7.38 (d, 2H), 7.82 (dd, 1H), 7.88 (d, 2H), 8.17 (d, 1H), 8.47 (d, 1H).
