Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 6-(furan-3-yl)-3-[3-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-[1,3,2]dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenyl]-3H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine and 3-bromothiophene-2-carbonitrile as described in Example 8 to afford the free base as a tan sold; δH (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) 7.17 (1H, s), 7.70 (1H, d, J 5), 7.78-7.86 (3H, m), 8.15 (1H, d, J 8), 8.20 (1H, d, J 5), 8.36-8.37 (2H, m), 8.50 (1H, d, J 2), 8.78 (1H, d, J 2), 9.02 (1H, s); m/z (ES+) 369 (M++H).
