Reaction Steps

The title compound was prepared according to the procedure of Example 153 (Step 4) using 4-[2-(4-bromophenyl)-4-hydroxy-4-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl]-2-fluorobenzenesulfonamide instead of 2-(4-bromophenyl)-1-[3-fluoro-4-(methylsulfonyl)phenyl]-4-trifluoromethyl-1-imidazole and using 4-(tributylstannyl)-2-trimethylsilylthiazole instead of 4-(tributylstannyl)thiazole. The crude product was used next reaction without further purification.
