Followed the procedure as described in EXAMPLE 1, starting with tert-butyl (3S,5R)-1-(3-aminopyridin-4-yl)-5-fluoropiperidin-3-ylcarbamate and 5-(tert-butoxycarbonylamino)-2-(2,6-bisfluorophenyl)thiazole-4-carboxylic acid. Obtained the desired product as a white solid (50 mg). 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO) δ 9.25 (s, 1H), 8.18 (t, J=20.9 Hz, 1H), 7.64 (s, 2H), 7.53 (ddd, J=14.8, 8.4, 6.4 Hz, 2H), 7.26 (t, J=8.7 Hz, 2H), 7.12 (d, J=5.3 Hz, 1H), 4.94 (d, J=46.1 Hz, 1H), 3.05 (dd, J=32.9, 12.7 Hz, 2H), 2.66-2.34 (m, 3H), 2.07 (s, 1H), 1.53 (dt, J=23.8, 11.5 Hz, 1H). ESIMS m/z=449.1 (M+1).
