Procedure
Following Example 278, Suzuki coupling of tert-butyl 4-(5-(4-(butyloxycarbonylaminomethyl)piperidin-1-yl)-1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-ylcarbamoyl)-2-bromothiazol-5-ylcarbamate and 3-methoxyphenyl boronic acid gave 268 as a brown solid (153 mg, 17% over two steps). 1H NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ 8.92 (s, 1H), 7.47-7.29 (m, 6H), 6.98 (d, J=7.7 Hz, 1H), 3.84 (s, 3H), 3.64 (s, 3H), 3.12-2.95 (m, 4H), 2.47 (d, J=6.0 Hz, 2H), 1.76 (d, J=11.7 Hz, 2H), 1.30-1.17 (m, 3H). Alkyl NH2 not seen. LCMS (ES+) m/z 442 (M+1)
