Reaction Steps
The compound was prepared by using procedures analogous to those described for the synthesis of Example 87A, Step 9 starting from 4-{2-[2-Amino-6-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)pyrimidin-4-yl]-3-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolin-7-yl}-1-methyl-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid (Step 2) and methylamine in THF solution (2.0 M). LCMS (M+H)+: m/z=475.3.
