A solution of 6b (18.0 mg, 0.0340 mmol) in 1,2-dichloroethane (2.00 mL) was added to a stirred solution of xenon difluoride (58.0 mg, 0.340 mmol) in 1,2-dichloroethane (1.00 mL) at 0° C. After approximately 2 h, the reaction mixture was quenched with triethylamine (0.250 mL) and concentrated in vacuo. Purification of the crude residue by flash chromatography on silica gel (gradient elution; 10%-30% EtOAc/hexanes as eluent) afforded the title compound 6c. m/z (ES) 497 (MH)+
