Reaction Steps
A mixture of Lawesson's reagent (47 mg, 115 μmol) and 2-fluoro-N-(3-isopropoxyphenyl)-4-methyl-3-(2-(methylamino)quinazolin-6-yl)benzamide (93 mg, 209 μmol) in toluene (8 mL) was heatred at reflux for 16 h. Solvent was removed in vacuo and the residue was purified by flash chromatography (25-70% EtOAc/hexane) to give the title compound. MS (M+H)+ 461.
