Procedure
Prepared as in example 10-91 from 1-benzyl-4-(1-((3,5-dimethylisoxazol-4-yl)methyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1,2,4-triazolidine-3,5-dione (example 10-91a) and bromomethyl methyl ether. Yield: 18%. MS M+H calculated 411.17; found 411.2. The title compound was shown to inhibit hT2R08 bitter receptor and had an IC50 of 0.02 μM.
