In analogy to example 15, (S)-4-[(S)-4-(3-chloro-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-3-methyl-2-oxo-piperazin-1-yl]-3-hydroxy-butyric acid (61% ds) (intermediate 44) and 1.1 eq. of (S)-6-aza-spiro[2.5]octan-4-ol; hydrochloride (intermediate 2) gave after flash chromatography (SiO2, dichloromethane/methanol 2%) and precipitation (dichloromethane/n-pentane) the titled compound in 61% yield (80% ds) as white powder. MS: 504.19 (MH+, 1Cl).
