Procedure

To a solution of EXAMPLE 23H (6 g, 8.89 mmol) in a mixture of CH2Cl2 (400 mL) and CH3OH (50 mL) was added 10% Pd/C (0.8 g) under nitrogen. The reaction mixture was purged with H2, and stirred under hydrogen (40 psi) overnight. The solid material was filtered off, and the filtrate was concentrated to afford the title compound. LC-MS (ESI): m/z 646 (M+H), RT: 1.87 minutes.
