In analogy to Example 1, step 1, (4-bromo-2-chloro-phenyl)-acetic acid was converted to the acid chloride and subsequently reacted with 4-methyl-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one in the presence of AlCl3 to give the title compound as a light brown solid. MS (m/e, ISP neg. ion)=392.1 [M−H+].
