In analogy to Example 17, step 2, 6-[2-(4-bromo-2-chloro-phenyl)-1-hydroxy-1-trifluoromethyl-propyl]-8-fluoro-4-methyl-4H-benzo[1,4]oxazin-3-one (Example 45, step 3) was reacted with 4-fluoro-3-methoxyphenylboronic acid to give the title compound as a colorless foam. MS (m/e, ISP neg. ion)=540.3 [M−H+].
