Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared in analogy to Example 117 from 5-[2-(4-bromo-2-chloro-phenyl)-1-hydroxy-1-trifluoromethyl-propyl]-3-methyl-3H-benzooxazol-2-one (obtained in Example 116, step 8) by Suzuki coupling with 3-ethoxycarbonyl-4-fluoro-phenylboronic acid [CAS Reg. No. 874219-36-0]. MS (m/e)=552.3 [M+H+], MS (m/e)=506.1 [(M-CH3CH2O−)+].
