In analogy to Example 1, step 3, 6-[2-(4-bromo-2-chloro-phenyl)-propionyl]-7-fluoro-4-methyl-4H-benzo[1,4]oxazin-3-one was reacted with (trifluoromethyl)trimethylsilane and tetramethylammonium fluoride to give the title compound as a colorless solid. MS (m/e, ISP neg. ion)=496.0 [M−H+].
