In analogy to Example 1, step 3, 6-[2-(2-chloro-4-methoxy-phenyl)-propionyl]-7-fluoro-4-methyl-4H-benzo[1,4]oxazin-3-one was reacted with (trifluoromethyl)trimethylsilane and tetramethylammonium fluoride to give the title compound as a colorless solid. MS (m/e)=448.1 [M+H+].
