The title compound was prepared in analogy to Example 138, steps 1 and 2, from (2-chloro-4-methoxy-phenyl)-acetic acid methyl ester and 4-cyano-3,5-dimethyl-benzoic acid (CAS [90924-01-0]). Orange solid. MS (m/e, ISP neg. ion)=312.1 [M−H+].
