Reaction and post treatment were carried out in the same manner as in Example 40-(b) except for using 305 mg (0.657 mmol) of 3-chloro-2-(3-isopropoxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-1-(2-trimethylsilylethoxymethyl)-1,5-dihydropyrrolo[2,3-d]-pyridazin-4-one obtained in Example 48-(a) in place of 3-chloro-2-(4-difluoromethoxy-3-isopropoxyphenyl)-1-(2-trimethylsilylethoxymethyl)-1,5-dihydropyrrolo[2,3-d]pyridazin-4-one, whereby 164 mg of the title compound was obtained as a white solid. (Yield: 75%)
