Reaction and post treatment were carried out in the same manner as in Reference example 21-(e) except for using 2.73 g (5.36 mmol) of 1-benzyloxymethyl-3-[(4-fluorophenyl)hydroxymethyl]-5-(2-trimethylsilylethoxymethyl)-1,5-dihydropyrrolo[2,3-d]pyridazin-4-one obtained in Reference example 38-(a) in place of 1-benzyloxymethyl-3-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl)-1,5-dihydropyrrolo[2,3-d]pyridazin-4-one, whereby 1.73 g of the title compound was obtained as a pale yellowish solid. (Yield: 89%)
