Reaction Steps
Methyl 2-(2-oxo-6-((trimethylsilyl)ethynyl)quinolin-1(2H)-yl)acetate (0.128 mmol) was subjected to the protocol in Example 1.53.4, except with LiOH.H2O instead of NaOH. Retention time (min)=1.435, method [1], MS (ESI) 228.1 (M+H).
