Procedure

The title compound was prepared from 2-(1-methyl-1H-imidazol-4-yl)thiophen-3-amine and 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)acetic acid using protocol B and was purified by HPLC. Method [8] Retention time 3.55 min by HPLC (MH+ 328). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO) δ 10.37 (s, 1H), 8.33 (s, 1H), 7.48 (3m, H), 7.26 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 2H), 6.92 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 2H), (s, 6H), 3.60 (s, 2H).
