The title compound was prepared from 2-(1-trityl-1H-imidazol-4-yl)thiophen-3-amine and 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)acetic acid using protocol B (561 mg, 59%) as a brown solid. Method [7] Retention time 9.46 min by HPLC (MH+ 556).
