To a solution of compound 54 (1 mmol) in THF (5 mL) was added TBAF (2.5 mmol, 2.5 mL of a 1 M solution in THF). After stirring at room temperature for 2 hours, mixture was concentrated. Purification of the resultant residue by silica gel chromatography gave compound 55 near quantitative yield
