NaH (150 mg) was carefully added to the solution of (2,2-Dimethyl-[1,3]dioxolan-4-yl)-methanol (0.3 ml) in DMF (2 ml) and the mixture was stirred for 1 hour. [1-Chloro-6-fluoro-7-(2-methoxy-ethoxy)-isoquinolin-3-yl]-(5-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-amine (100 mg) was added under N2, and the mixture was heated at 90° C. for 1 hour. The mixture was poured into 50 ml of water. The mixture was extracted by ethyl acetate (50 ml×3). The organic layer was evaporated to give [1-Chloro-6-(2,2-dimethyl-[1,3]dioxolan-4-ylmethoxy)-7-(2-methoxy-ethoxy)-isoquinolin-3-yl]-(5-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-amine as oil (100 mg). LC-MS: m/e 463(MH+).
