Synthesized as described in Example 4 from 4-chloro-2-methyl-1H-indole-5-carbonitrile and 1-[(2-bromoethyl)oxy]-4-fluorobenzene: 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 7.88 (d, J=1.1 Hz, 1H), 7.78 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 1H), 7.53 (dd, J=8.5, 1.5 Hz, 1H), 7.10-6.98 (m, 2H), 6.84-6.76 (m, 2H), 4.63 (t, J=5.0 Hz, 2H), 4.22 (t, J=5.0 Hz, 2H), 2.49 (s, 3H); MS (ES) m/z 329 (M+1).
