Synthesized as described in Example 4 using 2-methyl-4-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-indole-5-carbonitrile (Example 120) and 2-[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-5-(chloromethyl)-1,3-thiazole (Example 321B): 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.26 (s, 2H), 7.89 (s, 1H), 7.74 (s, 1H), 7.57 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 7.53 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 6.67 (s, 1H), 5.58 (s, 2H), 2.57 (s, 3H): MS (ES) m/z 532 (M−1).
