Synthesized as described in Example 4 using 2-methyl-4-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-indole-5-carbonitrile (Example 120) and 3-(chloromethyl)-5-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]isoxazole (Example 324C): 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.91 (s, 1H), 7.86 (d, J=7.7 Hz, 1H), 7.68 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 1H), 7.57 (m, 3H), 6.66 (s, 1H), 6.17 (s, 1H), 5.44 (s, 2H), 2.58 (s, 3H); MS (ES) m/z 450 (M+1).
