Synthesized as described in Example 4 using 2-methyl-4-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-indole-5-carbonitrile (Example 120) and methyl 2-(bromomethyl)-2-propenoate: 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.49 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 7.38 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 6.63 (s, 1H), 6.23 (s, 1H), 4.99, (s, 2H), 4.81 (s, 1H), 3.84 (s, 3H), 2.43 (s, 3H); MS (ES) m/z 323 (M+1).
