Synthesized as described in Example 4 using 2-cyclopropyl-4-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-indole-5-carbonitrile (Example 165A) and 4-(bromomethyl)-2-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-1,3-oxazole (synthesized similarly to Example 353): 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.24 (s, 1H), 8.16 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.71 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.58 (m, 3H), 7.34 (s, 1H), 6.45 (s, 1H), 5.49 (s, 2H), 2.02 (m, 1H), 1.11 (m, 2H), 0.88 (m, 2H); MS (ES) m/z 476 (M+1).
