Synthesized as described in Example 4 using 2-methyl-4-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-indole-5-carbonitrile (Example 120) and 5-(bromomethyl)-2-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-1,3-oxazole (Example 370C): 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.19 (s, 1H), 8.07 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.70 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.59 (m, 3H), 7.04 (s, 1H), 6.65 (s, 1H), 5.42 (s, 2H), 2.62 (s, 3H); MS (ES) m/z 450 (M+1).
