A solution of 6-[N-(acetylamino)carbamoyl]-2-{2-[3-(pyrid-2-yl)isoxazol-5-yl]pyrrolidin-1-yl}-4-(2-acetyl-5-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-ylamino)pyrimidine (Method 51) (170 mg, 0.32 mmol) in methanol (10 ml) and 2N sodium hydroxide (0.5 ml, 1.0 mmol) was stirred at room temperature for 0.5 hour. The resulting precipitate was collected by filtration to give the title compound (150 mg, 96%).
