Following the same procedure described for Example 401(c), the mixture of (2,3-dihydro-benzo[1,4]dioxin-6-yl)-(4-iodo-pyridin-2-yl)-amine (Example 401 (b), 75 mg, 0.2 mmol), tetrakis (triphenylphosphine) palladium (0) (Aldrich Chemical Company) (12 mg, 0.011 mmol), 3-(trifluoromethyl)phenylboronic acid (Aldrich Chemical Company) (47 mg, 0.25 mmol) and 1,2-dimethoxyethane (2 m]L) gave, after heated in the Microwave Smith Synthesizer at 150° C. for 10 min and purification on a Biotage 40S column (4:1 hexane:EtOAc), the title compound as a light-yellow solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 373 (M+1). Mp: 138.9-140.5° C.
