1-Benzyl-3-(4-chloro-phenyl)-4,5,7,8-tetrahydro-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]azepine-6-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester. The desired compound (54.2 mg) was prepared from the compound of Example 59, Step B (0.56 g), 280 μL of benzylamine, and 0.49 g of 1-chloro-4-(2-nitro-vinyl)-benzene as in Example 1, Step A. MS (ESI): exact mass calculated for C26H29ClN2O2, 436.19; found, m/z 437.2 [M+H]+.
