The title compound (0.043 g) was prepared from 3-(4-chloro-phenyl)-4,5,7,8-tetrahydro-1H-1,2,6-triaza-azulene-6-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (Example 103, Step B; 0.2 mmol) using naphthalen-2-ylmethyl chloride (0.3 mmol) in place of 2-chloromethyl-thiophene. MS (ESI): exact mass calculated for C24H22ClN3, 387.15; found, m/z 388.1 [M+H]+. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3): 7.74-7.69 (m, 3H), 7.45-7.38 (m, 5H), 7.34-7.32 (m, 1H), 7.18-7.16 (m, 2H), 5.43 (s, 2H), 3.04 (m, 2H), 2.99-2.97 (m, 2H), 2.87-2.85 (m, 4H).
