The title compound (46 mg) was prepared according to Example 189 using 208 mg of 2-isopropyl-3-trifluoromethanesulfonyloxy-4,5,7,8-tetrahydro-2H-1,2,6-triaza-azulene-6-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (Example 189, Step A) and 187 mg of 2-thiopheneboronic acid. MS (ESI): exact mass calculated for C14H19N3S, 261.13; found, m/z 262.4 [M+H]+. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CD3OD): 7.70-7.69 (m, 1H), 7.25-7.23 (m, 1H), 7.15-7.14 (m, 1H), 4.65 (br s, 2H), 4.55-4.49 (m, 1H), 3.8-3.6 (m, 2H), 3.23-3.10 (m, 2H), 2.93-2.83 (m, 2H), 1.44-1.36 (m, 6H).
