Reaction Steps
Methanesulfonic acid 2-{1-[4-(3,3-dimethyl-2-oxo-butoxy)-3-methyl-phenyl]-1-ethyl-propyl}-benzofuran-5-yl ester (100 mg, 0.206 mmol) and NaBH4 (8.0 mg, 0.206 mmol) in THF (5.0 mL) are reacted analogous to Example 19 to give the title compound (100 mg, 100%). MS (ES) m/e: 506.2 (M+18).
