Reaction Steps
Synthesized in a manner similar to step B of example 1 using 4-[(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)amino]-2-(trifluoromethyl)benzonitrile and methyl bromoacetate: 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.69 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H), 7.01 (d, J=2.4 Hz, 1H), 6.88 (dd, J=8.8, 2.6 Hz, 1H), 4.24 (s, 2H), 4.06 (q, J=8.5 Hz, 2H), 3.81 (s, 3H).
