Synthesized as described in step B of example 1 using 4-[(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)amino]-2-(trifluoromethyl)benzonitrile and tert-butyl 2-bromobutanoate: 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.66 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H), 7.14 (d, J=2.7 Hz, 1H), 7.00 (dd, J=8.8, 2.8 Hz, 1H), 4.05 (m, 3H), 2.12 (m, 1H), 1.93 (m, 1H), 1.41 (s, 9H), 1.02 (t, J=7.5 Hz, 3H).
