Reaction Steps
Example 35 was prepared from (5-ethynyl-1-methyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)-phenyl-methanone (Example 33) and 3-azido-N-(5-tert-butyl-3-methanesulfonylamino-2-methoxy-phenyl)-4-methyl-benzamide in the same manner as Example 15. ESI MS m/z 642 [C33H35N7O5S+H]+.
