Reaction Steps
Example 47 was prepared from 2-cyclopropyl-1-methyl-1H-imidazole-4-carbaldehyde (as a 1:1 mixture with 2-cyclopropyl-3-methyl-3H-imidazole-4-carbaldehyde) and 3-azido-N-(5-tert-butyl-3-methanesulfonylamino-2-methoxy-phenyl)-4-methyl-benzamide in the same manner as Example 39. Chromatography allowed separation of Example 47 from Example 46. ESI MS m/z 578 [C29H35N7O4S+H]+.
