Reaction Steps
Acetyl chloride (0.080 ml) was added to a mixture of the compound of Example 18 (0.42 g), 4-dimethylaminopyridine (0.013 g), triethylamine (0.17 ml) and dichloromethane (5 ml) at 0° C., and stirred for 0.5 hours at this temperature. The reaction solution was diluted with ethyl acetate, washed with water and dried over MgSO4. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure, and the residue was recrystallized from ethyl acetate/hexane, thereby giving 0.26 g of the desired compound. Melting point: 131-133° C.
