Procedure
The compound of Example 194 (0.2 g) was mixed with 4 M hydrochloric acid/ethyl acetate and stirred overnight at 25° C. After distilling off the solvent under reduced pressure, the residue was recrystallized from ethyl acetate/hexane, thereby giving 0.14 g of the desired compound.
Workup
- distillationAfter distilling off the solvent under reduced pressure
- customthe residue was recrystallized from ethyl acetate/hexane
